One credit is one exclusive lead or two shared leads. A shared lead goes to no more than three contractors.
Credits expire 12 months after purchase. Unused credits are refundable in full within 14 days of purchase if no lead has been delivered. Full terms are in the Purchase Terms.
What arrives with every lead
A qualified lead is delivered by email within 5 minutes of qualification, plus a row in your lead sheet. The delivery carries:
- The homeowner's answers: project type, timeline, budget range, and whether they own the home
- Their name, mobile number, email address, and ZIP code
- The consent timestamp and the consent text version recorded with the request
Your contractor record also carries your license check: the status found in the state lookup at sign-up, and the date it was recorded.
Bad leads, and the two 48-hour clocks
A bad lead is a wrong or disconnected number, not the homeowner, outside your stated service area, a duplicate of a lead delivered to you within 30 days, a stated budget under $8,000, or a homeowner who says they did not request quotes.
- Clock one: report a bad lead within 48 hours of delivery, by replying to the lead email or through the replacement form
- Clock two: Basin restores the credit within 48 hours of the report, one credit for an exclusive lead and half a credit for a shared lead

The bar every lead clears
A lead is sold only when it meets the full bar: the homeowner, a budget of at least $8,000, a timeline within 3 months, a valid mobile number, and consent recorded. Anything else is nurture and is never sold.
Launch service areas are Phoenix, Dallas-Fort Worth, and Tampa. State license status is checked against the state lookup at sign-up and recorded.
